Now with a new influx of ideas I'm understanding that this musician wants to combine an arty feel of video and vibe with a genre of music which is derived of an indie/alternative notion. Whilst I know I need to take my own pictures for use on my Digi-pak, I am thinking that on the inside artwork for the CD cover the picture of the musician at work, "see above" would be good as inside artwork, as it tends to be about the production side of the music making process. This would be best used for the cover of the little book, or a place behind the CD itself. I am also considering keeping the design for the the CD itself as a stylish matte black finish with the words 'This Is Smith' and 'The Fool' shining with a silver and gold overlay. I can no longer access Microsoft publisher, but I would change this CD  

This next picture will be my insert picture. Which depicts the loneliness of the sky and the sadness of it. This is my insert picture, I was unsure of whether this should be the back of the box but it makes a nice insert.

CD Back Cover, this would work really well with either the first or the second attempts as a front cover as it is the same shot pretty much from behind.

It look really effective and sums up the mood of the music nicely. 

This is the poster I made to advertise the Album, highlighting the name of the artist and the song also keeping in brand image by using the same font as the front cover (2. although the 'L' looks different on the cover because I applied a shape to the text distorting it slightly)
